In 2016, acted as an agent in Zhu Mou's case of objection to the outsider's lawsuit against China Construction XX Company. The case was participated in by the Haikou First Intermediate People's Court, the Hainan Provincial Higher People's Court, and the Supreme People's Court, ultimately achieving success and preventing the client's property from being executed. This became a classic case of an outsider's objection lawsuit; 4. In 2017, acted as an agent in the housing sales contract dispute case of Xie Mou and Zhang Mou. Due to the rapid rise in house prices, the seller maliciously breached the contract, causing significant economic losses to the compliant buyer. However, due to the relatively small breach of contract losses stipulated in the housing sales contract, after the trial by the Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone People's Court and the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court, the seller was ultimately ordered to compensate the buyer for the difference in house prices (the portion of the increase in house prices), totaling approximately 970,000 yuan. This case also became the first and typical case in which malicious breach of contract resulted in the judgment of compensation for the difference in house prices; 5. In 2018, successfully acted as an agent in the housing sales contract dispute case between Guo Mou et al. and Zhejiang XX Company. This became a successful case of debt-to-housing conversion in the context of the coexistence of loan relationship and housing sales relationship; 6. In 2019, acted as an agent in the housing sales contract dispute between Chen Mou and Zhejiang XX Real Estate Co., Ltd. This case, which was described as leasing but was actually a house sale, involved a court ruling that the controller of a sole proprietorship must bear joint and several liability for the company's debts, thereby preventing the failure to repay the debts of homebuyers due to the bankruptcy of the real estate company; 7. In 2020, under the background of the crackdown on evil, acted as an agent in Shen Moumou's case of extortion and blackmail. With an initial sentence of 11 years and 6 months imprisonment, an appeal was actively filed, and the sentence was ultimately reduced to 7 years imprisonment in the second instance; 8. In 2021, acted as an agent in Lu Moumou's case of fraud. At the stage of public security investigation, the case was transferred to the procuratorate on charges of fraud. After efforts were made, the Shanghai Changning District Procuratorate ultimately filed a public prosecution for illegal business operations, suggesting a sentence of three years and six months. Through efforts during the trial, the court ultimately adopted the lawyer's opinion and rejected the procuratorate's sentencing suggestion, sentencing the defendant to two years' imprisonment. The defense in this case achieved satisfactory results at all stages; 9. In 2022, acted as an agent in the trademark administrative litigation case between a company in Jieyang City and the State Intellectual Property Office. After efforts, the case was ultimately won. The State Intellectual Property Office revoked its administrative decision and issued a new administrative decision. This became a typical successful case in the field of trademark administrative litigation; 10. In 2023, acted as an agent in the case of Sun Moumou and Hangzhou XX Company's crime of environmental pollution. After repeated communication with the public security department and the procuratorial organs and providing defense opinions, the Hangzhou XX People's Procuratorate adopted all the opinions of the defense lawyer and made a "relatively non-prosecution decision" on Sun Moumou's crime of polluting the environment, and the entire case was dismissed.
