Hangtianxin Henan Branch successfully concluded a labor compensation dispute involving a group of Mongolian migrant workers.

Recently, Hangzhou Tianxin (Henan) Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Hangzhou Tianxin Henan Branch") successfully concluded a case involving 14 Mongolian migrant workers from Dongba Dong and others suing a certain beverage company in Qinghai for the recovery of labor remuneration.

Hangtianxin's "Legal Services into the Barracks" activity

On July 31, 2021, some members of the Party branch of Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm visited a certain Air Force unit in Hangzhou to carry out the "Legal Service into the Barracks" activity and extend their greetings to the officers and soldiers on the Army Day. On March 24, 2021, Ms. Yang Yulan, a lawyer from our firm, was invited to give a legal lecture on the Civil Code to Hangzhou Yale Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. The company's management and all employees attended the lecture. Ms. Yang first introduced the system, significance, and highlights of the Civil Code. Then she explained the impact of the implementation of the Civil Code on citizens' personal lives, focusing on the changes in the Marriage and Family chapter that are of particular interest to company employees. Finally, she called on the audience to become law-abiding citizens who understand the law and to learn how to use the law to protect their legitimate rights and interests. This legal lecture adopted a method of "raising questions, explaining cases, and answering questions." The audience was highly engaged, and the atmosphere was lively. After the lecture, many expressed that they benefited greatly.

The Hushu Subdistrict Office held a national security and legal publicity volunteer service event at the " +U home" in the Ludi Business Center. Wang Lei and Fu Ping, lawyers from the "Legal Light" March 8th Red Banner Studio at Hangtian Xin Law Firm, were invited by the Subdistrict Women's Federation to conduct national security and anti-fraud legal publicity for citizens.
