Won the lawsuit for the dispute over the sale and purchase of a commercial house between Poly Real Estate and Mr. Chen XX; Won the lawsuit for the dispute over the construction contract between Hongyang Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Guangxia Construction Group Co., Ltd. and successfully recovered all the construction funds; In the warehousing contract case between Hangzhou Maimei E-commerce Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Heyi Logistics Co., Ltd., successfully recovered more than 1 million yuan in compensation for the client. Participated in the Zheng XX illegal business case, the first major economic case in Zhejiang Province. This case involved multiple regions including Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou, with an amount involved of hundreds of millions of yuan. Many well-known media outlets conducted interviews and reports (including Southern Weekend). The case was finally heard by Shaoxing Intermediate People's Court designated by the Zhejiang Provincial High Court after a five-day trial.
