The conference began with opening remarks by Lou Yuguang, director of the Management Committee of Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm, and Sun Xuquan, director of the Family Affairs Committee of the West Lake Branch.

This lecture specially invited Ms. Wei Xiaojun, director of the first Wealth Management Professional Committee of the Provincial Lawyers Association and a council member of the China Law Society's Research Association of Marriage and Family Law. Ms. Wei's presentation, titled "Equity Division in Divorce Cases," focused on equity, a common yet complex asset in divorce cases. Her presentation showcased her profound legal expertise and insights into existing laws, generating positive feedback and lively interaction with several lawyers in attendance.

The second invited speaker was Mr. Li Jinguang, director of the Marriage, Family, and Wealth Inheritance Department of Beijing Weiheng (Hangzhou) Law Firm. His presentation addressed the current hot topic and challenges surrounding "Remedies and Precautions in Divorce Cases Involving the Seizure or Concealment of Minor Children".

Mr. Li shared several successful cases from his practice, providing valuable insights for the attending lawyers.

Finally, Pang Yue, director of the Family Affairs Committee of the Gongshu Branch, delivered the closing remarks, expressing gratitude to the speakers and attendees. A commemorative photo was taken.
