2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. To celebrate the Party's centennial, to remain true to our original aspirations and fulfill our mission, on May 27th, the general branch committee of the Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm of the CPC organized all the party member lawyers to visit the Yan'an Red Revolution Education Base for on-site study and visits. They visited three education bases representing patriotism, revolutionary traditions, and the Yan'an spirit: Yangjialing, Zaoyuan, and Wangjiaping.

The Yangjialing Revolutionary Site is the former site of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. From November 1938 to March 1947, Mao Zedong and other central leaders and the CPC Central Committee resided here. During this period, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China continued to command the anti-Japanese war in the enemy-occupied areas and led the Liberation War, the Great Production Movement, and the Rectification Movement, and convened the Party's Seventh National Congress and the Yan'an Forum on Literature and Art. The Central Auditorium was built here in 1942, and the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China was grandly held in the Central Auditorium from April 23 to June 11, 1945.

The Zaoyuan Revolutionary Site is located 8 kilometers northwest of Yan'an City. It is a garden-style revolutionary memorial site with a variety of flowers, plants, and trees, beautiful scenery, and a quiet environment. It was originally a landlord's manor. After the CPC Central Committee moved into Yan'an, it became the residence of the Central Social Department and was renamed "Yanyuan". From 1944 to March 1947, the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee moved from Yangjialing to this place. During this period, it led the whole party in carrying out the Rectification Movement and the Great Production Movement of the liberated areas, and prepared for the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

Wangjiaping is located northwest of Yan'an City, across the Yan River from the city. It has beautiful mountains and waters and a beautiful environment. After the Party Central Committee entered Yan'an, the Military Commission and headquarters led the people's army and civilians in the base area to persist in the eight-year Anti-Japanese War. After the surrender of the Japanese invaders, they also crushed the all-out offensive of the Kuomintang reactionaries. On March 18, 1947, Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai led their troops to withdraw from here and fought in northern Shaanxi. At that time, the Military Commission's organs here included the Secretariat (later changed to the General Office), the Operations Department, the High Advisory Office, the Foreign Affairs Group, the Operational Research Office, the Archives, the General Affairs Office, and the Communications Office; the headquarters organs included the General Staff Department and the General Political Department. In December 1943, in order to exchange experiences in the Great Production Movement, the Eighth Route Army Headquarters held a welcome meeting for labor heroes here. Zhu De, on behalf of the headquarters, delivered a welcome speech to the labor heroes. He said: The true heroes of the world are the broad masses of working people. In our liberated areas, it is because of the self-reliance of the masses that we have achieved today's abundance. On August 15, 1945, the troops held a rally here to commemorate the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.

On that day, every party member lawyer was enthusiastic. After visiting the three major education bases, everyone was very excited. The achievements of the past laid the foundation for our future. It is thanks to the hard work and dedication of the great revolutionary martyrs for their families and their country that we have our good life today. Experiencing the red education base gave each party member a deeper understanding and love for this great organization. In the future, we will also strive to create with more enthusiasm and spirit, contributing our part to the rule of law construction of our country, and offering our best wishes to the Party for its 100th anniversary.
