Hangtianxin Branch organized party members to visit Nanjing for study and observation

2015 marked the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the 70th anniversary of the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War. To commemorate history, illuminate the future, strengthen ideals and beliefs, and remember the historical mission, the Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm Party branch organized a visit and study activity for its members in Nanjing from May 16th to 17th, 2015.
At the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall. On December 13, 2014, the nation's first National Memorial Day was held here, commemorating the victims of the Nanjing Massacre, with General Secretary Xi Jinping delivering an important speech. 'To understand the present, examine the past; to know the future, look to the past.' 'Let past events serve as a warning to future generations,' and 'Never forget, pray for peace.' After visiting the memorial hall, the Hangtianxin Party member lawyers were shocked by the inhumane atrocities of the invaders. They pledged to remember history, cherish peace, strive for progress, take the lead as pioneers and role models in their legal work, and strive to achieve the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
The Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum is the final resting place of Sun Yat-sen, a pioneer of China's modern democratic revolution. His advocacy of 'universal love' and 'Three Principles of the People' has touched many hearts. The Mausoleum, facing south, is built into the mountain, with profound symbolism. Viewed from below, only steps are visible, symbolizing the arduous revolutionary path; viewed from above, only platforms are seen, symbolizing a smooth revolutionary road in retrospect. The members of the Chinese Communist Party Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm Party branch commemorated revolutionary pioneers at the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, while learning from and inheriting their will. On the road to the rejuvenation of the great Chinese nation, they are undeterred and march forward. They believe that when looking back, it will be a smooth road, a broad avenue.

The Hangtianxin Party member lawyers looked up and contemplated the revolutionary pioneer Sun Yat-sen's handwritten words, '天下为公' (The world is for all), and reflected deeply. They expressed that they will always uphold this belief, always maintain the advanced nature of Communist Party members, and adhere to '天下为公'—serving the people—in their legal practice.
