On June 11th, the Administrative Department of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm held its second learning session of the year. The theme of the meeting was to study and exchange ideas on the 'Supreme People's Court's Opinion on Promoting the Reform of Simplification and Diversification of Administrative Litigation Procedures'. The meeting was presided over by Xie Xudong, director of the Administrative Department, and attended by all members of the department.
Lawyer Xie introduced two highlights of the 'Supreme People's Court's Opinion on Promoting the Reform of Simplification and Diversification of Administrative Litigation Procedures': First, to increase the application rate of simplified procedures and actively guide parties to use simplified procedures for handling administrative cases. Second, to distinguish cases based on the difficulty of individual cases, the judicial needs of the parties, and other specific circumstances, in order to achieve a double increase in the quality and efficiency of trials.
Attending lawyers shared their views on the reform of simplification and diversification, and engaged in heated discussions on difficult issues. Finally, Lawyer Xie explained the specific provisions of simplification and diversification, and reminded the attending lawyers that, under the background of simplification and diversification, agents should carefully prepare pleadings, comprehensively collect evidence, make detailed and well-reasoned arguments, and study litigation strategies to improve the quality of legal services.
