Hangtianxin held a business seminar for heritage managers

To further improve the professional practice level of our firm's lawyers in handling estate administrator services, the Marriage and Family Affairs Department of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm, in conjunction with the Bankruptcy Liquidation and Restructuring Department, held a seminar on estate administrator services. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Ye Xiaoqian, a senior partner of the firm. At the seminar, Ms. Wang Hongyao first introduced the industry practices and future prospects of estate administrator services. Afterwards, Ms. Zhu Xiulin, director of the firm's Marriage and Family Committee, organized the study of the "Guidelines for Estate Administrator Services" issued by the Guangzhou and Shenzhen City Lawyers Associations. Ms. Feng Li, deputy director of the Marriage and Family Committee, introduced the "Practical Cases of Estate Administrators". Senior lawyer Ms. Zhuo Weid and young backbone lawyer Ms. Yao Bingrong shared their experiences from the "Marriage and Family Training Camp" and their thoughts on the standardization, process, and teamwork of marriage and family cases. Ms. Gu Limin, deputy director of the Bankruptcy Committee, introduced the similarities and differences between bankruptcy administrators and estate administrators, as well as the operational procedures and job-related risks of bankruptcy administrator services. Finally, the participants conducted thorough communication and exchanges on the development and expansion of our firm's estate administrator services and unified their understanding of the planning and layout of the estate administrator department in the next step.

The participating lawyers believed that the estate administrator system, as a new inheritance system, has become a hot topic after the promulgation of the "Civil Code", providing a wider legal service market for the legal profession. It was also suggested that family businesses and high-net-worth clients should make good use of the estate administrator system to plan and manage their family and personal wealth from a long-term perspective, effectively reducing wealth loss during inheritance, and better achieving the preservation and appreciation of wealth.
