On April 25th, the firm's Civil and Commercial Business Department and Real Estate Business Department jointly held a salon themed "Breaking Through the Business Bottlenecks of Young Lawyers." This event aimed to guide and encourage young lawyers in the firm to boldly develop their business, improve their professional skills, and achieve win-win cooperation. The salon was hosted by Ren Yihua, a senior partner and director of the Civil and Commercial Business Department of the firm.
First, Ren Yihua shared his experience from being a corporate manager to a law firm intern, to an independent lawyer, and now a senior partner of the firm. From the perspectives of self-marketing, guiding legal services, and teamwork, Ren Yihua elaborated on seven skills for expanding case sources, sharing his experiences in detail, and offering four pieces of professional advice to the attending young lawyers. Secondly, Zhao Qianlong, director of the Real Estate Business Department, shared his experience on how to develop corporate legal counsel units. Young lawyers Shen Feipeng and Huang Jingjing also conducted self-analyses of their shortcomings in their early careers. Finally, He Changming, a senior partner of the firm, commented on the salon and encouraged young lawyers to boldly market themselves and to make good use of opportunities for case source discussion, sharing, and cooperation to improve themselves. The event concluded with warm applause.
