Hangtianxin Henan Branch successfully concluded a labor compensation dispute involving a group of Mongolian migrant workers.

Recently, Zhejiang Hangtianxin (Henan) Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Hangtianxin Henan Branch") successfully concluded a case involving 14 Mongolian migrant workers, including Dongbadong Mou, who sued a certain beverage company in Qinghai for the recovery of labor compensation.

A certain beverage company in Qinghai is a star enterprise and a leading enterprise in Henan County. However, due to poor business performance and the impact of the epidemic, it not only has accumulated external debts but also has not paid employee wages for many months. The 14 people, including Dongbadong Mou, are Mongolian herdsmen from Henan County. Due to family difficulties, they work in this company. The inability to pay wages on time undoubtedly adds to their difficulties. Under these circumstances, the 14 people, including Dongbadong Mou, applied to the Henan County People's Procuratorate for civil support to file a lawsuit and applied to the Henan County Public Legal Service Center for legal aid.

On September 9, 2022, the Henan County Public Legal Service Center designated Li Zhixing, the director of Hangtianxin Henan Branch, to provide legal aid services to the 14 Mongolian compatriots. After accepting the designation, lawyer Li Zhixing actively contacted the procuratorate about the case, collected evidence and prepared materials for the lawsuit. On September 13, lawyer Li Zhixing submitted the filing materials to the court, and the procuratorate submitted the "Decision on Supporting Prosecution" to the court. After understanding the relevant situation, the court immediately activated the green channel for agricultural-related cases, filed all the cases on the same day, and organized a pre-trial mediation between both parties on September 15, reaching a settlement agreement. The court issued a mediation document. Thus, with the efforts of the Henan County Justice Bureau, the Henan County People's Procuratorate, the Henan County People's Court, and the Hangtianxin Henan Branch, the case was successfully concluded. The case took only 7 days from the acceptance of the designation to the conclusion of the case, effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers and Mongolian compatriots.
