Relevant departments should work together to improve the public legal service network system; importance should be attached to the construction of online service architecture, establishing a standardized, unified, resource-sharing, data-interoperable, and user-friendly online public legal service window; existing resources should be better integrated and utilized, and the work related to public legal services in courts, procuratorates, and judicial, public security, and petition departments should be sorted out and categorized, establishing a collaborative linkage mechanism to continuously improve the level of public legal services; an incentive mechanism should be strengthened to encourage more organizations and individuals to participate in public legal service matters, improving the quality and social benefits of public legal service provision.
