The research team first visited the Henan County Public Legal Service Center, learning about the business operations of the Hangzhou Tianxin Henan Branch, the work and living conditions of the resident lawyers. A follow-up meeting was held to discuss the research. At the meeting, Mr. Li Zhixing, director of the Hangzhou Tianxin Henan Branch, made a special report to the research team from three aspects: the work carried out since the establishment of the Henan branch, the difficulties faced in its development, and suggestions for promoting high-quality development of Qinghai lawyers' work. Director Shen Lin fully affirmed and highly praised the achievements made by the Hangzhou Tianxin Henan Branch since its establishment.

It is necessary to fully utilize the leading position and basic role of law firms in the training of young lawyers. Young lawyers should take the initiative, actively go to the grassroots level for training, understand China's national conditions, social conditions, and public sentiment, and consciously practice the concept of people's lawyers serving the people. Third, to call on local governments and judicial administrative organs to strengthen their support for local law firms. With the permission of policies, provide financial and business support to ensure the sound development of the local lawyer industry.
