On July 10, 2021, the 2021 first-half work conference of Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Deqing Moganshan.
The meeting was chaired by senior partner Mr. Lou Yuguang. It was divided into two sessions. In the first session, managing partner Ms. Yu Yuehai and deputy secretary of the Party branch Ms. Ye Qing summarized the work of the law firm and its Party branch in the first half of the year and made arrangements for the second half of the year. The heads of the Huzhou branch, Ningbo branch, the management committee, the supervisory board, and various specialized committees of the firm also reported on their respective work. The meeting also included training on lawyer professional ethics and disciplinary rules, with senior partner Mr. Lou Yuguang giving a presentation on "Professional Ethics and Discipline Sharing," emphasizing the firm's professional ethics and disciplinary rules.
The second half of the meeting was a lawyer's forum, where participating lawyers offered their thoughts and suggestions on law firm management, team building, brand culture and promotion, and risk prevention in legal practice. The management committee responded to each suggestion, followed by active discussions and research on various aspects of law firm development.
