On the afternoon of May 11, Wang Quanxing, Director of the Legal Affairs Office of the Gongshu District Government, and Tao Baican, Deputy Director, along with their team, visited Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm for a research visit. Yu Yuehai, director of the firm; Zhang Zhongyuan, chairman of the trade union; He Qiang and Yang Fangqin, members of the management committee; Jiang Lei, deputy director of the office; and Zhao Tonggang, administrative secretary, accompanied them on the visit.
Before the meeting, Director Yu Yuehai accompanied Director Wang Quanxing and his team on a tour of the firm's office space and environment. He introduced the firm's lawyer photo wall and lawyers' professional philosophy, and gave a detailed explanation of the functions and roles of Hangzhou Tianxin's Public Legal Service Center.
At the symposium, Director Yu Yuehai reported on the firm's general overview, development history, number of practicing lawyers, firm revenue, party, group and trade union organizational construction, government legal counsel services, and lawyer professional conflict of interest prevention mechanisms. Director Wang Quanxing stated that today's symposium and exchange with Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm was very necessary and fruitful, resolving many questions. He expressed gratitude on behalf of the Gongshu District Government's Legal Affairs Office for the firm's support and cooperation with the government's legal work. Deputy Director Tao Baican noted that as the leading law firm in Gongshu District, Hangzhou Tianxin should actively participate in Gongshu's legal system construction and actively participate in administrative review and administrative litigation cases of government departments in the future.
