Hangzhou Hangtianxin Public Interest Legal Service Center is recruiting!

Hangzhou Hangtianxin Public Interest Legal Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the Public Interest Center) was established on April 7, 2016. It is a non-profit non-enterprise unit specializing in public interest legal services, approved by the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice and registered by the Hangzhou Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, and established by Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm.

I. Recruitment Positions

2 Interns, 10 Volunteer Lawyers, and a number of Volunteers

II. Position Requirements

Intern

1. Graduates of 2020 or third- and fourth-year students in 2021, undergraduate degree in law or above;

2. Possesses good language expression, communication, and writing skills;

3. Can independently operate and promptly complete daily office document editing work;

4. Attendance is no less than 4 days per week;

5. Job Responsibilities: Assist mediators in completing daily mediation tasks;

6. Interns who perform exceptionally well and pass the national bar exam may be given priority for internships and employment at the law firm;

7. Remuneration: To be discussed.

Volunteer

1. Age: Generally under 60 years old;

2. Education: Junior college or above, those with experience in legal work or mediation are preferred;

3. Possesses good language expression, communication, organization, and writing skills;

4. Can proficiently operate computers and promptly complete daily office document editing and computer system data entry work;

5. Job Responsibilities: Specifically engage in mediation of civil and commercial disputes and related work;

6. Remuneration: To be discussed.

Volunteer Lawyer

(1) Has obtained a lawyer's license and has no relevant penalty record within the past 2 years.

(2) Aspires to develop professional legal capabilities in civil and commercial matters, especially in labor dispute-related cases;

(3) Is enthusiastic about providing public interest legal services, can complete mediation cases seriously and responsibly, and each mediator must participate in at least 4 mediation cases per year.

(4) Volunteer lawyer mediators may be given priority in handling various legal aid cases of the Public Interest Center and receive corresponding case subsidies.
