President Liu Yan of the Beijing Legal Society's Sports Law and Olympic Legal Affairs Research Association visited Hangtian Xin Law Firm for investigation and guidance

4 Month 26 On the morning of the day, Mr. Liu Yan, President of the Sports Law and Olympic Legal Affairs Research Association of Beijing Municipal Lawyers Association, visited Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm for investigation and guidance. Ye Qing, Deputy Director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm; Lou Yuguang, Deputy Director of the Firm and Director of the Sports Industry Professional Committee of Hangzhou Lawyers Association; Wu Dan (Liuhe Law Firm), Deputy Director of the Sports Industry Professional Committee of Hangzhou Lawyers Association; Chen Beibei (Deheng Law Firm), Deputy Secretary-General of the Sports Industry Professional Committee of Hangzhou Lawyers Association; Ren Yihua, Senior Partner of the Firm; Wang Hui, Director of the Sports and Cultural Industry Department of the Firm; Zhang Ranming, Deputy Director; Ye Chengzhen, Secretary-General; Liao Siyu, and Jin Lulu, members of the Sports Industry Professional Committee, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Lou Yuguang first introduced the establishment and development of the Sports Industry Professional Committee of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association to President Liu Yan. Mr. Ye Qing introduced the development history of Zhejiang Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm, and Mr. Wang Hui introduced the relevant situation of the Sports and Cultural Industry Department of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm. Then, Director Liu Yan delivered a speech, introducing knowledge on the theme of "Legal Practices of the Beijing Olympic Games and Winter Olympics." He focused on explaining the dispute resolution of the Organizing Committee and the protection of Olympic intellectual property rights, and answered questions from the participants. Finally, President Liu Yan expressed high hopes for the Sports Industry Committee of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association, hoping that it would become a banner in the national sports law field. He also offered suggestions for the future development of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm and highly praised the establishment of the Sports and Cultural Industry Department.

Through this meeting, President Liu Yan gained an understanding of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm and the Sports Industry Professional Committee of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association. Participants learned a great deal from President Liu Yan’s sharing of knowledge related to sports law, benefiting greatly.
