4 Month 22 On the date, Chen Peiying, chairperson of the Women's Federation of Hushu Street, Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, and Zhou Mi, vice chairperson, visited Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm. They held talks with Ye Xiaoqian, senior partner of our firm, and Jiang Lei, administrative director, regarding the establishment of a Women's Federation organization and a studio within the firm.

During this discussion, both sides initially discussed the importance and relevant procedures for the cooperation between the Gongshu District Women's Federation and the law firm in establishing a studio. The Women's Federation frequently encounters female colleagues in Gongshu District who need professional assistance with legal issues. The District Women's Federation hopes that our female lawyers can play a professional role in providing legal assistance to female colleagues in Gongshu District. Meanwhile, our firm's Hangtianxin Public Legal Service Center has been operating for many years, and we hope that this public service center can also cooperate and assist the Women's Federation.

They met with Wang Hongyao, deputy director of our firm, Ye Xiaoqian, senior partner, and Jiang Xiaoyu, administrator of the Hangzhou Hangtianxin Public Legal Service Center, to discuss the establishment of Gongshu District's first "March 8th Red Flag Holder" studio. Chairwoman Luo emphasized that, according to Hang Women's Federation Office 2020 〕 2 No. 《Notice on the Establishment of March 8th Red Flag Holder (Collective) Studios》, the Gongshu District Women's Federation plans to establish Gongshu District's first "March 8th Red Flag Holder" studio within Hangtianxin Law Firm. They hope to use the positive energy of the "March 8th Red Flag Holder" individual to radiate the surrounding areas of Gongshu District and even Hangzhou City, creating a star effect and establishing a branded studio to provide professional legal services to women, resolving various disputes involving domestic violence, marriage and family, labor, and economics. After the studio's operation matures, a Women's Federation within the law firm and a Gongshu District Women Lawyers Alliance can also be established.

After the discussion, Lawyer Ye Xiaoqian led the Women's Federation members on a tour of the firm's overall office environment and the Hangtianxin Public Service Center office.
