The first Hangtianxin Grand Lecture Hall successfully held a forum on preventing common criminal and civil legal risks for private enterprises.

This afternoon, the "Hangtianxin Grand Lecture Hall, Session 1—Forum on Prevention of Common Criminal and Civil Legal Risks for Private Enterprises," jointly hosted by Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm and Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Business Association, and co-organized by Hangzhou Gongshu District Canal Wealth Town, was successfully held in Gongshu District Canal Wealth Town. More than 50 people attended the forum, including Xu Caiying and Wu Zhongxiang, vice presidents of the Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Business Association; Hong Wenxiang, secretary-general; Tang Rikui and Cheng Hongxing, deputy secretaries-general; and entrepreneurs from member companies.

In recent years, private enterprises have continued to develop rapidly. However, their development is often accompanied by problems such as damage to enterprise interests and safety hazards to entrepreneurs themselves due to weak awareness of enterprise legal risk prevention and control, urgently requiring professional legal assistance. This forum was chaired by Yu Yuehai, director of our firm, aimed at promoting legal risk prevention and control for private enterprises and promoting their sustained and healthy development, with topics covering "Criminal Risk Prevention for Company Executives," "Rescue and Handling of Distressed Enterprises," and "Legal Practices of Enterprise Seal Use." Three lawyers from our firm, Lou Yuguang, Wang Hongyao, and Zhang Zhongyuan, served as speakers. Mr. Lou Yuguang's speech focused on criminal legal risk prevention for company executives, explaining and sharing insights on what constitutes enterprise criminal risk prevention, where risks exist, and how to mitigate them. Mr. Wang Hongyao's speech, titled "Rescue and Handling of Distressed Enterprises," explored the formation of bankruptcy culture and the rescue and handling of distressed enterprises, offering practical advice on how to properly handle such situations based on their experience. Mr. Zhang Zhongyuan explained several legal practices related to the use of enterprise seals to the participating entrepreneurs, outlining common risks in the use of seals during enterprise development and clarifying prevention measures. The presentations by the three lawyers were met with enthusiastic applause. Following the presentations, entrepreneurs present engaged in one-on-one communication and exchanges with the lawyers to address practical issues they encountered in managing their companies.
