Gathering of elites, learning from each other, striving for excellence—the Gongshu District Lawyers' Industry Party Building Demonstration Point Cultivation and Creation Mutual Observation and Learning Competition was held at Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm

August 7 On the morning of August, a mutual observation and learning competition on the cultivation and creation of demonstration points for Party building in the legal profession of Gongshu District was held at Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm. This competition aims to further promote the cultivation of demonstration points for Party building in the legal profession system and improve the overall level of Party building in the legal profession. Chen Bo, Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director of the Party Committee of the Gongshu District Justice Bureau; She Chunji, Section Chief of the Organization Department of the Gongshu District Organization Department; Xu Danming, Section Chief of the Legal Management Section of the Gongshu District Justice Bureau; and the secretaries of the Party branches (general branches) of fifteen law firms in Gongshu District attended the event.

Before the competition, Ye Qing, secretary of the Party general branch of our firm, led the participants in visiting the Party building site of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm and introduced our firm's philosophy, work measures, organizational construction, and party member activities in terms of Party building.

As an advanced grassroots Party organization in the judicial administrative system of Hangzhou City, the first batch of advanced grassroots Party organizations in Gongshu District, and the first batch of demonstration points for Party building in the judicial administrative system, Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm made a report at the competition. Secretary Ye Qing detailed the important measures taken by the Hangzhou Tianxin Party General Branch in creating demonstration points for Party building. The Party General Branch of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm adheres to the guidance of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, upholding the philosophy of "promoting firm building through Party building and strengthening business through Party affairs," continuously playing a core political role, leading all Party members to adhere to the correct political direction, grasping the 13 regular tasks of the branch and the "123" basic norms of branch learning and education, strengthening the political functions of the branch, optimizing the organizational structure of the branch, and aiming for "dual strengthening" of integrity and Party building. Subsequently, the Party branches of Honghao Law Firm, Sandao Law Firm, and Houqi Law Firm also introduced their respective Party building characteristics, highlights, and experiences.

After the report, She Chunji, section chief of the Organization Department of the Gongshu District Organization Department, commented on the competition. Section Chief She gave full affirmation to the Party building work of the several law firm Party branches (general branches) participating in the competition. He believed that the Party building work of each branch had its own characteristics. Director Chen affirmed the achievements of the Party building work of lawyers in Gongshu District, while also raising several suggestions for the Party building work of lawyers in Gongshu District: First, Party branches must achieve "eight must-haves"; second, the content in the branch manual must be completed; third, Party building information must be reported promptly.

This competition was novel in form and rich in content. Each Party branch promoted mutual learning and common progress during the event, which played an important role in promoting the Party building in the legal profession of Gongshu District.
