To enhance the professional capabilities and practical skills of our lawyers in handling labor dispute cases, Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm specially invited Mr. Zhou Weiliang, an arbitrator from the Hangzhou Gongshu District Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Committee, to share practical legal knowledge on labor disputes. This activity was hosted by the Hangzhou Tianxin Business Guidance Committee, undertaken by the Hangzhou Tianxin Labor Dispute Business Department, and co-organized by the Hangzhou Tianxin Public Interest Legal Service Center.
Mr. Zhou Weiliang addressed issues such as double wages, overtime pay, economic compensation, unemployment benefits, and job transfers in labor dispute cases. Combining these with special cases from practical operations, he provided detailed interpretations of the relevant legal provisions and shared issues to be aware of when handling labor dispute cases with the attending lawyers.
Following Mr. Zhou Weiliang's explanation, the attending lawyers engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions with him regarding the difficult issues they encountered while handling labor dispute cases.
