June 26, 2021, Hangzhou Yu Dan, Deputy Director, Senior Partner, and Director of the Non-Performing Asset Business Department of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm; Jin Lulu, Deputy Director of the Non-Performing Asset Business Department; Zhou Fanyu, Secretary-General; and Wu Zhouyi, Huang Zhiwen, Li Junhui, Yao Bingrong, Huang Jinhao, and Wang Juntao, members of the business department—a total of nine people—visited Zhejiang Zheda Law Firm for a visit and exchange.

Zheda Law Firm's Non-Performing Asset Studio is a team with rich experience in legal services for non-performing assets. This visit by the Hangzhou Tianxin non-performing asset team was specifically to learn from this excellent team.

Before the exchange meeting, Lawyer Cai Ying, director of Zheda Law Firm's Non-Performing Asset Studio, warmly welcomed the visitors and led them on a tour of Zheda's popular spots: the Zheda Coffee Bar and the Zheda Live Studio.

At the subsequent business exchange meeting, Lawyer Cai Ying gave a professional presentation on non-performing assets, themed "An Exploration of Investment Paths in Bankruptcy Reorganization in the Special Assets Field." Lawyer Cai has extensive practical experience in non-litigation and litigation legal services for the investment and disposal of special assets. Lawyer Cai first introduced the industry dynamics of non-performing assets and then, combining guiding cases from the Supreme People's Court, discussed practical experience in bankruptcy reorganization investment in the special assets field from several aspects, including "multi-dimensional project review, clarifying investment objectives, controlling investment risks, and adjusting reorganization models."

After the business sharing, both sides held a lively discussion and in-depth exchange based on their previous case handling experience, from the perspectives of bankruptcy administrators and non-performing asset disposal.

Afterwards, Lawyer Chen Jia Cao, Deputy Director of the Construction Engineering Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Lawyers Association and Senior Partner of Zheda Law Firm, gave a wonderful presentation on the theme of "The Professionalization Path of Legal Services." Director Chen interpreted how to build and lead a professional legal team from multiple perspectives, including "leading by example, sharing a vision, challenging the status quo, enabling collective action, and encouraging people." He shared the path to professionalization for lawyers from multiple aspects, such as "setting a vision, maintaining focus, breaking down goals, and professional promotion." He encouraged lawyers to constantly improve their professional abilities through persistent writing, speaking, and writing books. This strengthened the necessity and feasibility of lawyers taking the professionalization path for the young lawyers present and anchored their confidence in pursuing this path.

Through this symposium and exchange, both firms broadened their horizons and expanded their thinking. Everyone expressed their intention to maintain regular exchanges and learn from each other in the future.
