Hangtianxin's Non-Performing Asset Department and Construction Engineering Department jointly held a second-quarter learning conference

On the evening of June 17th, the Non-Performing Asset Department and Construction Engineering Department of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm jointly held a second-quarter learning conference.

This conference had three main topics. First, lawyer Shang Zhou from the Construction Engineering Department gave a lecture on "Legal Issues in the Disposal of Mortgaged Construction Projects in Progress." Lawyer Shang introduced some very practical knowledge points, including the definition of construction projects in progress as subject matter, the risks and prevention points of the transfer of construction projects in progress, and common problems in the mortgage of construction projects in progress. Next, lawyer Jin Lulu, deputy director of the Non-Performing Asset Department, gave a lecture on "Review and Value Analysis of Non-Performing Debt." Lawyer Jin has very rich experience in disposing of non-performing assets. She introduced the process, key points, and common problems of non-performing asset disposal from four aspects: review and value analysis of non-performing bonds, debt information handover, commonly used laws and regulations, and legal texts. Finally, lawyer assistant Wang Juntao from the Non-Performing Asset Department gave a lecture on "Analysis and Comparison of the Old and New Laws in the Security Interest Chapter of the Civil Code." He detailed the eight highlights of the security interest chapter and the five highlights of the guarantee contract chapter in the Civil Code concerning guarantee content.

After the meeting, everyone had a heated discussion about a case of guarantee and counter-guarantee that lawyer Wen Zuochiao, director of the Construction Engineering Department, is currently handling. Lawyer Wen said that tonight's learning and the post-meeting discussion gave him much inspiration, and he hoped that the two departments could carry out more similar exchange and learning activities in the future.
