The Labor and Social Security Professional Committee consists of one director, five deputy directors, one secretary-general, two deputy secretaries-general, and five secretaries. Sixty lawyers from across the province will be selected as members.

At the work meeting, the work module division, professional model division, and work arrangements with the labor and social security committees of various municipal bar associations of the Zhejiang Provincial Bar Association's fifth Labor and Social Security Professional Committee were announced. At the meeting, Deputy Director Zhang Yilei explained the assessment criteria for members of the Zhejiang Provincial Bar Association's Labor and Social Security Committee to the members. The members actively participated in the discussion, spoke enthusiastically, and unanimously approved the criteria with applause.

Deputy Director Zhang Yilei stated that in the future, he will actively implement the instructions and requirements of the provincial bar association's leadership team, enhance a sense of responsibility and mission, give full play to the professional advantages of the committee's lawyers, and fully leverage the leading role of the provincial bar association's labor and social security committee in the field of labor disputes. Strengthen learning and research, continuously improve one's professional skills and comprehensive quality to meet the new needs of labor and social security legal work. Strengthen cooperation and promote industry development. Strengthen cooperation and exchanges with relevant departments and institutions to jointly promote the development of labor and social security legal affairs and improve the service level and social influence of the entire industry. Strengthen the internal management and institutional construction of the committee, standardize work processes and codes of conduct, and establish a good social image and professional ethics.

After investigation, Lawyer Xue Linwei from our firm was recommended to serve as the secretary of the fifth Zhejiang Provincial Labor and Social Security Professional Committee. Over the next four years, he will provide service and support to the fifth Zhejiang Provincial Labor and Social Security Committee, ensuring the orderly progress of its various tasks.
