This event invited seven outstanding award-winning authors from the Hangzhou Lawyers Forum as guest speakers, who shared their research findings and insights closely related to bankruptcy practice. Following this, under the chairmanship of Ms. Wang Hongyao, Senior Partner and Vice Director of Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm, the award-winning lawyers shared their outstanding papers.

Combining her practical experience in handling bankruptcy cases, she conducted an in-depth discussion from the unique perspective of company flawed capital reduction.

Mr. Tao Guangjie, lawyer at Guohua Law Firm (Hangzhou), addressed the "Practical Difficulties Faced by Creditors in Recovering Shareholder Contributions After the Conclusion of Bankruptcy Procedures." Combining the background of the connection between the Bankruptcy Law and the new Company Law, he shared his unique insights.

Mr. Yao Chengjie, lawyer at Shanghai Bonxin Yang (Hangzhou) Law Firm, starting from the optimization of the business environment, shared his case handling experience and insights, focusing on civil reconciliation after a company declares bankruptcy.

Mr. Chen Kaixuan, lawyer at Guohua Law Firm (Hangzhou), through the analysis of more than 100 cases, conducted an empirical analysis and practical review of the standards for consumer home purchase rights. Finally, he put forward many practical suggestions for improving the measurement standards of consumer home purchase rights in real estate bankruptcy in terms of legislation.

Ms. Zhu Liping, lawyer at Zhejiang Zhiren Law Firm, based on the two common situations of illegal guarantees and fund occupation in the bankruptcy and restructuring of listed companies, combined with practical analysis, proposed solutions to the above two problems.

Ms. Zhu Sai, lawyer at Zhejiang Liuhe Law Firm, shared her writing ideas and methods based on her paper, "An Exploration of the Legal Issues of the Right of Reclaim for the Bailee of Movable Property in a Sale and Leaseback Model - An Empirical Analysis Based on 48 Judicial Documents."
