Hangtianxin's restructuring and liquidation department held a business seminar on risk prevention for managers.

On the evening of July 6th, the restructuring and liquidation department of Hangtianxin Law Firm held a business study session. The theme of this study session was "Risk Prevention in the Performance of Duties by Administrators (Part 2)". For this purpose, the department specially invited lawyer Yu Yuehai, the director of the firm, to give a special lecture on "Risks in the Performance of Duties by Administrators" to the members of the department. Director Yu introduced the requirements for preventing risks in the performance of duties by administrators from five aspects: work efficiency, risk control, work methods, team building and management, and the work discipline of administrators. He required the administrator team to strengthen business research, business learning, and risk control, and to strive to build a bankruptcy administrator team with advanced skills and high moral character.
