On the afternoon of April 16, 2021, the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade held a special working meeting on intellectual property rights and international commercial paid mediation in Meeting Room No. 16 on the 3rd floor of Building G, Hangzhou Citizen Center. Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm, as a member of the mediation office of the China (Hangzhou) Intellectual Property and International Commercial Mediation Cloud Platform, was invited to attend the meeting and dispatched lawyer Xie Xudong, member of the law firm's management committee, director of the legal aid and public welfare committee, and head of the Hangtianxin mediation office, to attend the meeting.
At the meeting, Deputy President Xu Shuilan of the Hangzhou Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Deputy Chief Judge Sheng Feng of the Second Case Acceptance Division of the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court, and other relevant officials delivered important speeches on major issues such as the promotion of intellectual property rights and international commercial paid mediation services, compliance, and risk prevention. Participants also discussed and exchanged views on issues such as accelerating the sustainable development of the intellectual property rights and international commercial mediation cloud platform, launching paid mediation service functions, and exploring a long-term mechanism for diversified resolution of commercial disputes.
