On April 15th, the Intellectual Property Department of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm held a special business exchange meeting on "Patent Infringement Litigation and Countermeasures." All members of the department and interested lawyers from the firm actively participated in the meeting.
The meeting was hosted by lawyer Zhan Shaofen. Lawyer Zhan shared knowledge on patent classification, patent infringement determination, patent infringement defense and countermeasures, and jurisdiction of patent dispute litigation, and shared two guiding cases on patent infringement.
Finally, the attendees enthusiastically discussed patent infringement determination and defense strategies.
