The annual meeting of the Construction Engineering Special Committee of Hangzhou Lawyers Association and the "3rd Hangzhou Lawyers Forum Construction Engineering Sub-forum" were held at Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm

On the morning of July 15, 2017, the "Hangzhou Municipal Lawyers Association Construction Engineering Special Committee Annual Meeting" and the "3rd Hangzhou Lawyers Forum Construction Engineering Sub-forum" were held in the large conference room of Hangtian Law Firm. This meeting specially invited lawyer Chen Fei, vice director of the Zhejiang Provincial Lawyers Association Construction Engineering Professional Committee and director of Shanghai Jianwei (Hangzhou) branch, as the guest commentator for the award-winning papers of the Construction Engineering sub-forum. Lawyer Yu Yuehai, director of Hangtian Law Firm; Lawyer Chen Xiaobo, Jun'an Century Law Firm; Lawyer Qu Xiaofei, Shanghai Jianwei (Hangzhou) branch; and Lawyer Chen Jiaodi, Tengfei Jinyiang Law Firm, also attended the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Lawyer Chen Xiaobo of Jun'an Century Law Firm. The award-winning lawyers shared and discussed from different perspectives, including "Yin and Yang Contracts in Construction Engineering," "Contractor's Expected Profit," and "Using Housing to Offset Project Funds and M&A of Construction Enterprises." They brought new perspectives and ideas, and the guests gave wonderful comments on the lawyers' sharing.

After the sharing, the guests presented awards to the award-winning lawyers. The meeting concluded successfully amid warm applause from the attendees.
