On May 19, 2017, with fine weather, Director Yu Yuehai of Hangzhou Tianxin, along with senior partners Ye Qing, He Changming, Zhang Zhongyuan, Wang Hongyao, Lou Yuguang, Wang Ting and Ye Xiaoqian, and lawyers He Qiang, Yang Fangqin, Qian Chencheng, Zhao Qianlong, Ren Yihua, Wu Zhiqiang, Fu Lingqi, An Shanshan, Zhao Yimin, and Zhou Chao, a total of 18 people, visited Zhejiang Jinda Law Firm and Zhejiang Jinglin Law Firm for an exchange visit.
In the morning, Director Yu's group first visited Zhejiang Jinda Law Firm, located in Xihu Science and Technology Building. Director Wang Quanming and four managing partners, Cui Haiyan, Wang Xiaohui, Wang Tanhai, and Jiang Li, warmly received them and led them on a tour of Jinda's office environment.
At the symposium, Lawyer Cui Haiyan introduced Jinda's development history and achievements since its establishment in 2006. Following this, both sides engaged in an exchange and interaction on the firm's management model, organizational structure, and party building work.

Director Wang Quanming introduced that Jinda currently has a three-tiered partner model: senior partner, equity partner, and junior partner. Equity partners were newly established in 2015, granting them some of the rights and obligations previously held by senior partners, aiming to increase their motivation. In terms of firm management, each professional team implements self-management from top to bottom, allowing for more efficient and orderly operation of the entire firm.
Lawyers Wang Xiaohui and Wang Tanhai introduced Jinda's experience in cultivating lawyer assistants and young lawyers. Jinda not only regularly holds competitions such as excellent document appraisals and classic case appraisals, but also actively encourages lawyer assistants to participate in the bar association's speech contests and paper selections. Senior lawyers also provide mentorship and guidance on risk prevention to recently admitted lawyers, sharing their case sources to help them quickly improve their business capabilities. For exceptionally outstanding young lawyers, Jinda will also invite them to participate in firm management.
After the meeting, senior partners from our firm and managing partners from Jinda took a commemorative photo.

After leaving Jinda, the 18-person delegation proceeded to Zhejiang Jinglin Law Firm, located in Binjiang Ya Ke Center. Director Xu Zongxin and managing partner Yang Kun, and partner Yang Hui, warmly received Director Yu's group and led them on a tour of Jinglin's office.

At the symposium held in the meeting room, Lawyer Jia Xiaoyu first introduced Jinglin's development history, team composition, training mechanism, distribution system, party and group building, and development achievements. Afterwards, both sides engaged in lively discussions and in-depth exchanges on the firm's training methods, team management, professional selection, and talent attraction.
Jinglin's training mechanism is well-known among law firms in Hangzhou, and was a key focus of our exchange and learning visit. Jinglin's approach to improving lawyers' professional skills can be summarized in seven words: training, training, and more training. Three training sessions a week, without fail, have made all the lawyers in the firm incredibly resilient.
Director Xu Zongxin also has his unique insights on how to conduct learning and training. He proposed five key elements: the director and senior lawyers must personally participate; training methods must be diverse; training content must be related to business; training must ultimately produce results; and no matter how difficult, training must be persistent.

Many of the young lawyers from our firm participated in this visit and exchange. Director Xu shared his views on the growth of young lawyers, a topic of great concern to them. He believes that young lawyers should not be ambitious or impatient for success, but should strive for excellence in their work, maintain good relationships with their colleagues, and gradually develop their careers. Combining practical exercises with learning and training, and writing frequently, is a very good method; it not only refines thinking but also builds one's influence in the industry.

After the meeting, Director Xu presented our firm with professional books published by Jinglin, including "Criminal Defense Practice Skills and Professional Risk Prevention" and "The Defender's View," as a symbol of friendly exchanges and mutual learning and progress.
