On November 2, 2022, Xie Xudong, a lawyer from Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm, was invited by Zhejiang Rural Commercial Bank to give a special lecture on labor law entitled "Legal Risk Prevention in Enterprise Employment" to human resource cadres of the Zhejiang Rural Commercial Bank system at Zhejiang Rural Credit College. Mr. Xie's lecture provided an in-depth yet easily understandable analysis of labor law knowledge involved in enterprise employment from three perspectives: legal risk prevention during employee onboarding, legal risk prevention during employment, and legal risk prevention during employee departure (termination of employment contracts). He also proposed multiple solutions in combination with human resource management. The attending human resource cadres unanimously expressed that they benefited greatly and gave high praise to the lecture.
