The film is based on a true story and tells the story of Zong Dawei, a former on-site diplomat, and Cheng Lang, a newcomer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who were ordered to assist in the evacuation of overseas Chinese. After the mission was successfully completed, they learned that there was another group of compatriots trapped, who were heading towards a border evacuation point under Bai Hua's leadership.

This film viewing activity further enhanced the cohesion of the Party organization and inspired everyone's patriotic feelings. It also made us deeply realize that no matter where we overseas Chinese are in the world, our motherland will always care about us. It will always be a strong backing and guarantee for our life and studies abroad.
