A visit and exchange of views were held between our management committee and Weiheng (Hangzhou) office.

On the afternoon of October 19, 2022, Lou Yuguang, director of the Management Committee of our firm; Ye Qing, Yu Dan, and Li Jiao, vice directors of the Management Committee; Wu Qiaolong and Wen Zuocao, committee members; and Liao Siyu, secretary-general of the Management Committee's director meeting, visited Beijing Weiheng (Hangzhou) Law Firm for an exchange visit.

Before the meeting, Director Di Shiqing and others led the visitors on a tour of the Weiheng (Hangzhou) office environment and gave a brief introduction to the firm's development history.

At the meeting, Yang Wenbin and Di Shiqing, directors of Weiheng (Hangzhou), warmly welcomed the visit from our firm. Then, General Manager Mao Heyuan introduced the basic situation of Weiheng (Hangzhou), followed by Director Lou Yuguang who introduced the basic situation of Hangtianxin.

Subsequently, both sides conducted thorough communication and exchange on management structure, professional development, training of young lawyers, talent introduction, administration and operations, and Party and League construction. In particular, they engaged in in-depth discussions on the training of interns and professional reform in conjunction with market demands. Both sides also communicated on problems encountered during management and explored solutions.

Through this external visit, the Management Committee gained a deeper understanding of Weiheng (Hangzhou)'s excellent experience in marketing, talent training, professional and team development, etc. Our firm will continue to strengthen external exchanges, learn from excellent experiences, and promote the overall development of our firm.
