The seminar on "Review and Discussion of Practical Issues in the Centralized Clean-up of Personal Debts", hosted by Hangtianxin, was successfully held.

On the afternoon of September 23, 2022, a themed salon on "Review and Discussion of Practical Issues in the Concentrated Clearance of Personal Debts" was held in the 18th-floor meeting room of Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm. The salon was jointly hosted by the Hangzhou Bankruptcy Administrator Association, the Bankruptcy Professional Committee of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association, and the Bankruptcy Professional Committee of the Gongshu Branch of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association, and undertaken by Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm. Attendees included Ms. Zhu Jiping, Chief of the Bankruptcy Court of Hangzhou Yuhang District People's Court; Mr. Lu Liaofeng, Vice President of the Hangzhou Bankruptcy Administrator Association and Director of the Provincial and Municipal Lawyers Association's Bankruptcy Management Professional Committee; Judge Zhu Xinyi of the Yuhang District People's Court; Ms. Yu Suzhen, Secretary-General of the Hangzhou Bankruptcy Administrator Association; Ms. Zhang Liping, Deputy Secretary-General of the Association; and Over 70 bankruptcy administrators from within and outside the province, who were invited to participate and gather together to discuss bankruptcy-related matters.

Following a welcoming address by Ms. Yu Yuehai, director of Hangtianxin Law Firm, Chief Judge Zhu Jiping gave a presentation titled "Yuhang's Exploration and Practice of Concentrated Clearance of Personal Debts"; Mr. Wang PeiPei, partner at Zhejiang Zhiren Law Firm, spoke on "Theory and Practice of Concentrated Clearance of Personal Debts"; Ms. Wang Min, deputy director at Zhejiang Nuoliya Law Firm, spoke on "The Application of Creditor Auctions in Personal Debt Clearance"; Ms. Zhang Liping, partner at Guohao Law Firm (Hangzhou), spoke on "Termination and Conclusion of Concentrated Clearance Procedures for Personal Debts"; and Ms. Xu Linlin, from Zhejiang Jingheng Law Firm, spoke on "Difficulties and Preliminary Exploration in Handling Concentrated Clearance of Personal Debts." Following these presentations, an interactive exchange session allowed participants to share and discuss issues such as voting rights for financial creditors and personal bankruptcy legislation with the attending guests.

The salon had a lively and positive atmosphere. During the tea break, participants engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on practical bankruptcy issues, sharing ideas and expanding their perspectives.

Finally, Mr. Lu Liaofeng, Vice President of the Hangzhou Bankruptcy Administrator Association, delivered a summary speech. Combining the keynote speeches and discussions of the salon, Mr. Lu summarized the construction of the bankruptcy legal and regulatory system related to personal debt clearance, as well as the significance and value of the explorations undertaken by courts and administrators in personal debt clearance cases. He encouraged the administrators to gain more experience and wisdom, work together, and accumulate experience and explore paths for China's personal bankruptcy legislation.
