On the morning of September 16, Qi Xiaohu, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, led Chen Maliduo, Director of the Law Committee of the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, Tang Haiqing and Huang Min, Deputy Directors, to Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm to investigate the work of the grassroots legislation contact point. Yang Di, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Gongshu District People's Congress, Chen Bo, Deputy Director of the Supervision and Law Committee of the Standing Committee of the Gongshu District People's Congress, Chen Weibing, Director of the Law Committee of the Hushu Street People's Congress, and Yu Yuehai, Director of Hangtianxin Law Firm, accompanied the investigation.

Yu Yuehai expressed gratitude for the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee's designation of Hangtianxin Law Firm as a grassroots legislation contact point and for its support of the firm's work in this capacity. A detailed report was given on the progress of the legislation point's work, the difficulties and obstacles encountered, and suggested solutions.

Deputy Director Qi Xiaohu fully affirmed the work carried out by Hangtianxin Law Firm since being designated a grassroots legislation contact point by the Hangzhou Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee. He noted that the firm's work mechanism is standardized, its approach is well-considered and effective, and its early work has received approval and endorsement from Director Li Huolin and Deputy Director Qi Xiaohu of the Hangzhou Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, serving as a model for external contact point work. He expressed hope that Hangtianxin Law Firm will continue its efforts, incorporating the standardized construction requirements for grassroots legislation contact points and the needs of digital application scenarios. Through learning from others, careful planning, and full commitment, the firm should continue to excel in its work, creating a model for whole-process people's democracy where more grassroots citizens participate in grassroots legislation contact point work.
