On the morning of September 15th, the Jingning She Autonomous County People's Government held a ceremony for the appointment of legal advisors to the county government. Lan Jingfen, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Head, attended and delivered a speech. Dai Jiguang, Deputy County Head and Director of the County Public Security Bureau, presided over the ceremony. Yu Yuehai, director of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm, and Chen Zhenhua, lawyer, were appointed as legal advisors to the county government. After the appointment ceremony, Chen Jianling, director of the Jingning County Justice Bureau, presided over a symposium of the Jingning County People's Government's legal advisory group, discussing the progress of the group's work.
The Jingning County People's Government's legal advisory group was established under the leadership of the Jingning County Justice Bureau. The members of the advisory group are mainly composed of staff from the county justice bureau, supplemented by externally hired legal experts and lawyers.
The establishment of the advisory group aims to fully leverage the role of legal advisors in providing legal opinions on major reforms, decisions, administrative actions, asset disposals, and livelihood matters for the county government, assisting in legislation for autonomous regions, negotiations on cooperation projects, and drafting and revising major contracts, and effectively serving as advisors to the Party and government.
