Hangtian Xin Trade Union held a staff skills competition

On the evening of August 24, 2022, Hangzhou Tianxin's mock trial event and employee skills competition were held on the 18th floor of Zhejiang Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm. The event was hosted by the Zhejiang Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm's trade union and co-organized by the youth league branch.

The case selected for this mock trial was a general personality rights dispute case. The plaintiff, defendant, and their representatives were all simulated by Hangzhou Tianxin's trainee lawyers. The presiding judge was He Changming, a senior partner of the firm. Yu Yuehai, the firm's director; Ren Yihua and Huang Xiaohua, senior partners; Zhu Xiulin, deputy secretary of the firm's party branch; and Wang Hui, deputy secretary of the firm's youth league branch served as judges for the mock trial. Huang Jingjing, secretary of the firm's youth league branch, served as the host of the event.

This mock trial included a counterclaim, significantly increasing the difficulty of the case simulation. Throughout the mock trial, both sides adhered to strict and standardized procedures in presenting facts, answering questions, presenting evidence, and examining evidence, engaging in intense debate.

After the court session, the judges commented on the performance of the trainee lawyers, pointing out areas for improvement while also acknowledging their progress. They also commended those with outstanding performances, encouraging trainee lawyers to gain more practical experience and continuously improve their professional skills.
