The 7th "Canal Lawyers" New Seed Training in 2022, undertaken by Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm, was successfully held on the 18th floor of Hangtianxin Law Firm.

On the afternoon of August 18, 2022, the 7th "Canal Lawyer" New Talent Training Session of 2022, hosted by the Gongshu Branch of Hangzhou Lawyers Association and undertaken by the Youth Lawyers Working Committee of Gongshu Branch of Hangzhou Lawyers Association and Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm, was successfully held on the 18th floor of Hangtianxin Law Firm. Wu Hao, deputy director of the Youth Lawyers Working Committee of Gongshu Branch of the Municipal Lawyers Association; Xu Hengyuan, lawyer and member of the Discipline Inspection Committee of Gongshu Branch of the Municipal Lawyers Association; Ye Qing, senior partner and deputy director of the Management Committee of Hangtianxin Law Firm; Yu Dan, senior partner and deputy director of the Management Committee of Hangtianxin Law Firm; and Mao Yumin, lawyer, member of the Youth Lawyers Working Committee of Gongshu Branch, and director of the Youth Lawyers Working Committee of Hangtianxin Law Firm, attended the event. Young lawyers from many law firms, including Honghang Law Firm, Liushan Law Firm, Lvjiao Law Firm, Wanghang Law Firm, and Hangbei Law Firm, actively participated in the event.

The event was chaired by Xu Yalei, lawyer and secretary-general of the Youth Lawyers Working Committee of Hangtianxin Law Firm. This New Talent Training Session was divided into four parts.

At the beginning of the event, Yu Dan, senior partner and deputy director of the Management Committee of Hangtianxin Law Firm, delivered a welcome speech, extending a warm welcome to the guests and young lawyers present.

The first part consisted of a training session on lawyer professional ethics and practice standards delivered by Xu Hengyuan, lawyer at Zhejiang Nanfang Zhongchen Law Firm. Lawyer Xu elaborated on the basis for punishment, specific behaviors, and warning cases, explaining and warning against conflict of interest in the violation and punishment of lawyer association members, reminding young lawyers to pay attention to the professional risks of conflict of interest when handling cases.

The second part featured a lecture entitled "Civil Litigation Skills: Evidence Identification and Application" by Ye Qing, senior partner and director of the Hangtianxin Industry Guidance Committee at Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm. Lawyer Ye provided an in-depth explanation of how to identify and use evidence provided by the parties in civil litigation, giving a comprehensive analysis and summary of everything from plaintiff's presentation of evidence to defendant's questioning. Evidence is the cornerstone of litigation, and how to identify and use evidence is a required course for lawyers during their practice. Lawyer Ye's sharing gave young lawyers a deeper understanding of evidence.

Finally, Wu Hao, deputy director of the Youth Lawyers Working Committee of Gongshu Branch, delivered a summary speech, conveying the importance of enhancing confidence in the profession and recognizing the value of lawyers. He also urged young lawyers in Gongshu District to study hard, participate actively, continue to pay attention to, and participate in the New Talent Training activities, and strive to improve their professional skills.
