Zhejiang Hangtianxin (Henan) Law Firm grandly opens

In recent years, the Ministry of Justice has earnestly implemented the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping. Through organizing law firms to establish branches, carrying out the "1+1" China Legal Aid Volunteer Action and the "Tibet Aid Lawyer Service Group" activities, etc., it has promoted the full coverage of legal services by lawyers at the county level and proposed to strive to basically solve the problem of "counties without lawyers" nationwide by 2022. Hangtianxin Law Firm actively responded to the call of the Ministry of Justice, and with the strong support of the judicial administrative organs and lawyer associations at all levels in Zhejiang and Qinghai, established the Zhejiang Hangtianxin (Henan) Law Firm in Henan Mongolian Autonomous County, Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province.

On July 29, 2022, the Ministry of Justice held a press conference to promote the basic solution to the problem of "counties without lawyers" nationwide. At the meeting, the Qinghai Provincial Department of Justice simultaneously held a branch award ceremony for "counties without lawyers." Zhu Zhengjun, Deputy Director of the Qinghai Provincial Department of Justice; Ma Fuxiang, President of the Qinghai Provincial Lawyers Association; and Nao Wu Jiancuo, Director of the Legal Work Office of the Qinghai Provincial Department of Justice, presented the business license of Zhejiang Hangtianxin (Henan) Law Firm to Li Zhixing, the director of the Henan branch of Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm, marking that Henan County, Qinghai, now has a local law firm and local lawyers.

On July 30, 2022, the unveiling ceremony of Zhejiang Hangtianxin (Henan) Law Firm was held in the government compound of Henan Mongolian Autonomous County, Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Nao Wu Jiancuo, Director of the Legal Work Office of the Qinghai Provincial Department of Justice; Song Taijia, Party Secretary and Director of the Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Department of Justice; Luo Zang Zhuoma, Deputy County Head of Henan Mongolian Autonomous County; and Li Sheng, Director of the County Department of Justice, along with all members of the Department of Justice, attended the unveiling ceremony. Yu Yuehai, director and party secretary of the firm, along with Gao Heye Qing, Wang Hongyao, Lou Yuguang, Huang Xiaohua, Yu Dan, and Li Zhixing, director of the branch office, represented Hangtianxin and participated in the unveiling ceremony.

On the morning of July 30, the first working meeting of Hangtianxin Henan branch office was held in the branch office. Li Zhixing, director of the Henan branch office, reported his ideas and work goals for legal services in Henan. Ye Qing, Lou Yuguang, Yu Dan, Huang Xiaohua, and Wang Hongyao put forward their opinions and suggestions on various aspects of the branch office's work. Director Yu Yuehai made arrangements for the establishment of the branch office's system, financial system, and work goals for the second half of 2022.
