On the afternoon of September 3, lawyer Yu Yuehai, director of our firm, was invited to give a legal training lecture on the "Administrative Penalty Law" (2021 revised version) to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Gongshu District. Members of the bureau's party group leadership team and bureau-level middle-level cadres (including vice-bureau-level) participated in this training.
In the lecture, Lawyer Yu Yuehai gave a detailed introduction to the key issues of the newly revised "Administrative Penalty Law," including the definition, types, setting of authority, administrative law enforcement entities, and procedures of administrative penalties, and listed the administrative law enforcement power list. Combining her own work experience, Lawyer Yu Yuehai explained the basic requirements and principles of administrative law enforcement and pointed out the legal risks in administrative law enforcement.
The content of this lecture was vivid and easy to understand, possessing not only theoretical height but also practical guiding significance, and received unanimous recognition and praise from the attendees.
The amendment of the "Administrative Penalty Law" has both promoted the major innovative development of administrative law theory and provided a positive response and guidance to administrative law enforcement practice.
