Recently, I have given a series of lectures on "Legal Risk Prevention in the Construction of Future Communities", supporting the construction of future communities in our province.
August 21 , Ms. Wang Hongyao, a lawyer from our firm, gave a special lecture on "Legal Issues in the Construction of Future Communities" to Jiangnan Management College, advocating "integrating compliance thinking throughout the construction of future communities." Using the development model setting of future communities, legal risk prevention in the construction and operation of future communities, and the management of future community projects as entry points, she introduced how to prevent legal risks in the construction and operation of future communities.
August 25 , Ms. Wang Hongyao gave a special live broadcast on the "Construction and Operation Agreement of Future Communities", providing a special interpretation of the content of the "Construction and Operation Agreement" from three aspects: the overall framework of the agreement, introduction of content clauses, and prevention of risks in performance management.
August 31 , Hangtianxin Law Firm's restructuring and liquidation Business Department organized a special lecture on "Legal Issues in the Construction and Operation of Future Communities", conducting a special discussion on issues such as the concept of future communities, Zhejiang's practice in constructing future communities, the various parties and their responsibilities involved in the construction and operation of future communities, and risk prevention in the construction of future communities.
