On the afternoon of August 28, 2021, the establishment of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Hangzhou City Gongshu District Lawyers' Industry Committee and its first representative congress were held in the meeting hall of Zhijiang Hotel. A total of 128 lawyer industry party member representatives attended the congress, with 12 party member lawyer representatives from Hangtian Law Firm participating in the congress.

With the approval of the CPC Hangzhou City Gongshu District Committee Organization Department, it is planned to establish the first CPC Committee and the first Disciplinary Committee of the Hangzhou City Gongshu District Lawyers' Industry. The meeting elected a nine-member first CPC Committee and a three-member first Disciplinary Committee. Chen Bo, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Gongshu District Justice Bureau, was elected as the first Party Secretary of the District Lawyers' Industry. , Zhang Yu Yun, director of the Legal Workers Section of the District Justice Bureau, was elected as the deputy secretary and secretary of the Disciplinary Committee. , Yu Yuehai, Party branch secretary and director of our firm, was elected as a member of the first Party Committee of the district lawyers' industry.

Gongshu District currently has 151 law firms, making it the district/county with the most law firms in Zhejiang Province, with nearly 2300 practicing lawyers, including more than 800 party member lawyers, two party committees, and 68 party branches. The establishment of the CPC Committee and Disciplinary Committee of the Gongshu District Lawyers' Industry will surely promote the new development of the district's lawyers' industry.
