Yu Yuehai, director of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm, Ye Qing, secretary of the Party branch, Zhang Zhongyuan, chairman of the trade union, Lou Yuguang, deputy director, Zhu Xiulin, deputy secretary of the Party branch, and Fu Lingqi, member of the committee, accompanied the investigation.

Director Wang Xinghuan, Secretary Xu Ruhong, and their entourage, accompanied by Director Yu Yuehai, Secretary Ye Qing, and Chairman Zhang Zhongyuan, first visited the office environment of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm. Afterwards, both sides held a meeting in the conference room.

Trade union chairman Zhang Zhongyuan first introduced the work of our firm's trade union. Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm 2014 Year 4 Month established a trade union, the only law firm in Gongshu District to establish an independent trade union. Currently, there are 109 members. Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm's trade union organizes employee trips every year, holds monthly dinners for employees celebrating birthdays that month, and has also established a reading corner, etc. Chairman Zhang stated that in the initial stages of the trade union's establishment, everyone was unsure how to proceed. After 4 years of exploration, they began to find some direction and experience.

Party branch secretary Ye Qing introduced the Party building work of our firm. Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm currently has 35 Party members, and the proportion of Party members and lawyers is 40%。2017 Year 8 Month, a Party branch was established, with " 天道 ” 和 " 信义 " two Party branches. Secretary Ye elaborated on the specific practices of strengthening Party building in our firm from three aspects: first, building a “double-strong” law firm through the construction of “three platforms”; second, using public welfare as a platform to cultivate lawyers’ dedication to giving back to society; third, implementing a cohesion project to serve the creation of a brand law firm.

Director Yu Yuehai introduced the firm's social welfare situation. Our firm has always actively responded to " Lawyers entering communities ” 和 " Lawyers entering rural areas ” activities. Currently, in the entire city, 11 communities have lawyers from our firm stationed there, and in Chun'an County, 8 central villages have lawyers from our firm stationed there. Since 2011 year, we have continuously supported impoverished children in mountainous areas with donations for their education. In 2017 year, the Hangzhou Tianxin Public Interest Legal Service Center, established by our firm, was selected for the first Public Interest Ranking in the legal profession for its outstanding performance and was awarded the " Public Interest Innovation Award ”。

After carefully listening to the above work reports, Director Wang Xinghuan and Secretary Xu Ruhong expressed their approval of the firm's work in trade unions and Party building. Secretary Xu summarized the “ 3 three haves”: a sense of social responsibility, cohesion, and cultural heritage. Director Wang stated that this was his first time getting close to the legal profession, and he felt refreshed. He hoped to exchange and learn with us frequently in future work.
