Hangtianxin Senior Partner Visits Bankruptcy Administrator Team

On the afternoon of November 28, 2017, Yu Yuehai, Ye Qing, Zhang Zhongyuan, Lou Yuguang, He Qiang, Wang Ting, and Ye Xiaoqian, senior partners of Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm, one of the joint administrators of the bankruptcy liquidation case of Hangzhou Tianyizhixing Real Estate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianyizhixing), along with some lawyers and trainee lawyers, visited the Tianyizhixing building site in Xiacheng District, Hangzhou, to express their concern for the administrator team members who have been stationed at the site since they took over the administration of Tianyizhixing.
Lawyer Wang Hongyao, head of the administrator team, reported on the progress of the Tianyizhixing project to the senior partners of the firm, and discussed the progress of the bankruptcy case and related difficulties and key issues with the senior partners.
On June 15, 2017, the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of Hangzhou Tianyizhixing Real Estate Co., Ltd., and appointed Jiangsu Baishi Dongwu Law Firm, Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm, and Jiangsu Zhongqin Accounting Firm as the bankruptcy administrators of Tianyizhixing. After being appointed, the administrators took over Tianyizhixing in accordance with the law, moved into the project site, diligently and faithfully performed their duties as administrators, and actively and orderly carried out various tasks such as creditor registration and review, asset inventory and maintenance, financial audit, and asset valuation.
On the eve of the first creditors' meeting, the senior partners of Hangtianxin visited the site to express their concern and guide the bankruptcy administrator team's practical work, demonstrating the firm's leadership's importance to the bankruptcy liquidation work of Tianyizhixing Company, as well as Hangtianxin's importance to bankruptcy business, and further demonstrating the firm's leadership's embodiment of Hangtianxin's employee care culture. The members of the bankruptcy administrator team will also, based on the principle of being responsible to creditors and debtors and maximizing the interests of all parties, proceed cautiously, diligently, and diligently to promote the liquidation process in accordance with the law, balance the interests of all parties, and legally satisfy the legitimate demands of all creditors and debtors.
