Remembering Party History, Staying True to Our Original Aspiration: The CPC Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm General Branch Committee's Study Trip to the Yan'an Revolutionary Base

2021 The year marks the founding of the Communist Party of China 100 anniversary, to celebrate the Party's 100 anniversary, remembering our original aspirations and fulfilling our mission, 5 month 27 On the day, the general branch committee of the Zhejiang Hangtianxin Law Firm of the CPC organized all party lawyer members to visit the Yan'an Red Revolution Education Base for on-site study and visits. They visited three major education bases representing patriotism, revolutionary tradition, and the Yan'an spirit: Yangjialing, Zaoyuan, and Wangjiaping.

Yangjialing Revolutionary Site is the former site of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, 1938 year 11 month to 1947 year 3 month, Mao Zedong and other central leaders and the CPC Central Organs resided here. During this period, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China continued to command the anti-Japanese war in the enemy's rear and led the War of Liberation, led the Great Production Movement and the Rectification Movement, and convened the Seventh National Congress of the Party and the Yan'an Forum on Literature and Art. In 1942 year, the Central Auditorium was built here, 1945 year 4 month 23 day to 6 month 11 day, the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China was grandly held in the Central Auditorium.

Zaoyuan Revolutionary Site is located 8 kilometers northwest of Yan'an City. It is a garden-style revolutionary memorial site, with a variety of flowers, plants, and trees, beautiful scenery, and a quiet environment. It was originally a landlord's manor. After the CPC Central Committee entered Yan'an, it became the residence of the Central Social Department and was renamed "Yanyuan". 1944 year to 1947 year 3 month, the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee moved from Yangjialing to this place. During this period, it led the whole party to carry out the Rectification Movement and the Great Production Movement of the Liberated Areas, and prepared for the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

Wangjiaping is located in the northwest direction of Yan'an City, across the Yanhe River from the city, with beautiful mountains and rivers and a beautiful environment. After the Party Central Committee entered Yan'an, the Military Commission and the headquarters organs here led the people of the base area to persist in the eight-year Anti-Japanese War. After the surrender of the Japanese invaders, they also crushed the all-out offensive of the Kuomintang reactionaries. 1947 year 3 month 18 day, Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai led their troops to leave from here and marched to northern Shaanxi. At that time, the military commission organs here included the Secretariat (later renamed the General Office), Operations Department, High Advisory Office, Foreign Affairs Group, Operations Research Office, Data Room, General Affairs Office, Communications Office, etc.; the headquarters organs included the General Staff Department, the General Political Department, etc. 1943 year 12 month, in order to exchange experiences in the Great Production Movement, the Eighth Route Army headquarters held a welcome meeting for labor heroes here. Zhu De, on behalf of the headquarters, delivered a welcome speech to the labor heroes. He said: The true heroes of the world are the broad masses of working people. In our liberated areas, it is thanks to the self-reliance of the masses that we have achieved today's abundance. 1945 year 8 month 15 day, the troops held a rally commemorating the victory of the Anti-Japanese War here.

On that day, every party lawyer was enthusiastic. After visiting the three major education bases, everyone was even more excited. The predecessors planted trees, and the descendants enjoy the shade. It is thanks to the hard work and dedication of the great revolutionary martyrs, their spirit of dedication to their families and their country, that we have our current beautiful life. Experiencing the red education base has given each party member a deeper understanding and love for this great organization. In the future, we will work harder and create with greater enthusiasm and spirit, contributing our part to the rule of law construction of our country. We wish the Party a happy 100 year.
