Caring for the She Nationality Region, Mountain-Sea Cooperation - Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm and Jingning County Justice Bureau Sign a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on Legal Services

On March 13, 2021, Yu Yuehai, Party branch secretary and director of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm; Wang Hongyao, senior partner and director of Hangzhou Tianxin Public Legal Service Center; Xie Xudong, member of the firm's management committee and director of the Legal Aid and Social Public Welfare Committee; Chen Zhenhua, an outstanding public interest lawyer of the firm; and Jiang Xiaoyu, director of the office of Hangzhou Tianxin Public Legal Service Center, a group of five people, went to Ningde County Judicial Bureau for a return visit to follow up on the strategic cooperation in legal services reached earlier this year after Director Chen Jianling of Ningde County Judicial Bureau and his colleagues visited the firm for guidance and exchange.

Chen Jianling, Party secretary and director of Ningde County Judicial Bureau; Shen Zhaoxiong, deputy secretary of the Party group and deputy director; and Tao Zaixing, member of the Party group, warmly received Director Yu Yuehai and his colleagues. They accompanied the visit and showed the Ningde County Judicial Bureau's office building, the planned "Ningde She Nationality Autonomous County Hangzhou Tianxin Public Interest Legal Service Center," and the "She Village Dongnong" demonstration area, showcasing the unique She nationality characteristics and cultural landscape. This allowed the colleagues from Hangzhou Tianxin to understand the personnel, structure, and business operations of the Ningde Judicial Bureau, as well as the local customs of Ningde She Nationality Autonomous County.

Subsequently, Director Chen Jianling and Director Yu Yuehai jointly signed the "Framework Agreement on Legal Service Strategic Cooperation between Ningde She Nationality Autonomous County Judicial Bureau and Zhejiang Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm." The agreement includes Hangzhou Tianxin's plan to establish a public legal service center in Ningde County to provide supplementary legal aid beyond government-funded legal aid; to provide professional training for lawyers and legal service workers selected by the Ningde Judicial Bureau; to provide legal opinions and social stability risk assessment reports for major decisions, major administrative actions, and major livelihood issues of the Ningde County Party Committee and County Government; and to provide support and services for establishing a more comprehensive public legal service system in Ningde.

Director Chen Jianling, on behalf of the Ningde County Judicial Bureau, expressed gratitude for the comprehensive legal service support provided by Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm to Ningde County's development. Director Yu Yuehai, on behalf of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm, expressed gratitude for the trust of Ningde County Judicial Bureau and for providing a platform for Hangzhou Tianxin to enter Ningde. Hangzhou Tianxin will uphold its commitment to provide comprehensive legal services and guarantees for Ningde's development, contributing to faster and better development and leveraging the strength of Hangzhou Tianxin's people.
