Lawyer Yu Dan from Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm won the "2020 Hangzhou Rising Star Lawyer Award"

On March 6, 2021, the Hangzhou Lawyers Association held its ninth council's fifth (expanded) meeting, where lawyer Yu Dan from our firm was awarded the "2020 Hangzhou Rising Star Lawyer Award".

The "Rising Star Award" was established to set examples, commend advanced individuals, and inspire the enthusiasm and creativity of young lawyers across the city, giving full play to their role in the development of the legal profession. It is the highest honor for young lawyers in Hangzhou. This award for Lawyer Yu Dan is not only recognition of her past work by the industry association, but also encouragement and motivation for her future practice.

Lawyer Yu Dan focuses on legal service product research in the fields of construction engineering and financial non-performing assets. She also actively participates in various public welfare and social activities, combining "source governance" with public interest legal services. She collaborated with Gongshu Industrial and Commercial Bureau to establish a "1+1 Mediation Room" to provide public interest mediation for various consumer disputes. She also contributes to grassroots governance, relying on the Hangzhou Tianshin Public Interest Legal Service Center, Gongshu District Government, and the Gongshu Branch of the NLC, conducting research on public interest legal services while offering policy recommendations to the government.
