Hangtianxin Law Firm holds a salon on lawyer marketing and business development experience exchange

On February 4th, the External Exchange Committee of Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm held its first salon activity of 2021, themed "Lawyer Marketing and Business Development Experience Exchange." The salon was chaired by Zhao Tonggang, director of the External Exchange Committee, and invited four guests to share their experiences: Yu Yuehai, director and Party branch secretary of the firm; Lou Yuguang, vice director and senior partner; and outstanding young lawyers Mao Yumin and Shen Feipeng. More than 50 lawyers and trainee lawyers from the firm participated in the salon.
Lawyer Lou Yuguang began by briefly explaining the professional aspects of criminal lawyers, covering professional charging basics, hourly billing methods, risk factors in hourly billing, and handling experience in various stages of criminal cases.
Lawyer Mao Yumin, from the perspective of developing corporate legal counsel, elaborated on communication channels with corporate legal counsel clients, negotiation skills, and corporate legal counsel charging standards.
Lawyer Shen Feipeng, from the perspective of customer relationship marketing, focused on customer relationship maintenance skills, new customer development methods, lawyer cooperation models, and the establishment of legal community relationships.
Finally, Director Yu Yuehai provided a systematic summary, urging the firm's young lawyers to maintain diligence and determination, continuously improve their emotional intelligence, realm, vision, and scope, steadily improve their social activity abilities, find their professional goals, positioning, and direction, and strive to become elite and benchmark lawyers in the city.
