Following the promulgation of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, in order to fully leverage the crucial role of lawyers in the publicity and education of the Civil Code and to foster a positive atmosphere of respecting, learning, observing, and applying the law, the Hangzhou Lawyers Association established the "Hangzhou Lawyers Civil Code Popularization and Publicity Team" in June 2020. This team comprises the president, vice presidents, standing committee members, members, and directors of various specialized committees of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association. The team innovated its popularization methods, conducting extensive publicity activities across various sectors, achieving positive social outcomes.

Ms. Yu Yuehai, the director of our firm, as a member of the Civil Code publicity team, actively participated in the publicity and popularization work of the Civil Code. After deliberation by the 21st meeting of the Ninth Council of the Municipal Lawyers Association, and approval by the 12th meeting of the Ninth Standing Committee of the Municipal Lawyers Association and the Award Appraisal Committee, Ms. Yu Yuehai was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Individual in the Publicity of the Civil Code in Hangzhou's Legal Profession".
