Lawyer Hang Tianxin took over the baton of the "Zhejiang Lawyers Legal Aid Volunteer Service Action"

On December 23, at the summary meeting of the first batch of "Zhejiang Lawyers Legal Aid Volunteer Service Action" projects and the mobilization meeting for the second batch, the first batch of volunteer lawyers, with a sense of accomplishment, passed the baton of volunteer service to the second batch of volunteer lawyers. The Zhejiang Lawyers Legal Aid Volunteer Service Action, jointly organized by the Lawyer Work Office of the Provincial Department of Justice, the Provincial Legal Aid Center, the Provincial Lawyers Association, the Provincial Legal Aid Foundation, etc., aims to provide talent support and service guarantees for areas within the province with insufficient lawyer resources, alleviating the shortage of lawyer resources in some parts of the province and promoting the balanced implementation of public legal services.

Lawyers Lou Yu Guang, Chen Zhenhua, Chen Chunping from our firm, and Jiang Xiaoyu from the Public Interest Center participated in this event. Our firm will send four rotating lawyers to Jingning in January 2020 to carry out volunteer services, including legal aid, receiving public legal consultations, drafting legal documents, conducting legal lectures and publicity work, acting as legal counsel for the local Party committee and government, and providing legal opinions and suggestions for law enforcement, etc.
