The second director's meeting of the Ninth Criminal Procedure Committee of Hangzhou Lawyers Association was held at Hangzhou Tianxin Law Firm

On August 23, the second director's meeting of the Ninth Criminal Litigation Special Committee of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association was held at our firm. Li Daoyan, director of the Criminal Litigation Committee, presided over the meeting. Deputy directors Lou Yuguang, Zhang Weijing, and Luo Baolong; Secretary-General Wang Xiaobing; Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Xiaojing; and secretaries Zhao Bojian, Wang Hui, Lin Jie, and Yu Weihui attended the meeting.

The meeting first relayed the spirit of yesterday's visit and research activities of the Hangzhou Municipal Procuratorate to the Hangzhou Lawyers Association and the speech of Chief Prosecutor Chen Haiying; discussed and deployed the next special committee activities; and determined the group discussion plan for the committee members. Participants were very active throughout the meeting, fully responding to the spirit of the Municipal Procuratorate's meeting and putting forward their suggestions for the remaining two activities of this year. In the final item, the meeting passed the group discussion plan, and the four directors led the division of the Criminal Litigation Committee into investigation stage group, review and prosecution stage group, first instance stage group, and second instance and execution stage group, and the preliminary list of members for each group was determined. Through this attempt at group discussions, it is hoped that the role of uniting committee members can be achieved, fully mobilizing the participation enthusiasm of the committee members, and striving to ensure that each member can feel the harvest brought by the Criminal Litigation Committee.
